Ikatan Gemajaya Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed contractor registered with CIDB, PKK, and SPAN, providing water supply and sewerage infrastructure services across Semenanjung Malaysia, Putrajaya, and Labuan. Our registered address is No. 28-2, Tingkat 2, Jalan Anggerik Vanilla W 31\/W, Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.<\/p>

4.1 All project engagements, quotations, and contracts are subject to separate written agreements between IGJ and the client, and are not governed by these website Terms & Conditions alone.<\/p>

4.2 IGJ operates strictly within the scope of our current certifications \u2014 CIDB (Grade G7), PKK (Bumiputera Status), and SPAN (Water Supply & Sewerage permits) \u2014 and all works are carried out in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulatory requirements.<\/p>

4.3 Project timelines, costs, and deliverables will be defined in individual project agreements and may vary based on project scope, site conditions, and regulatory approval processes.<\/p>

4.4 IGJ reserves the right to decline or terminate any project engagement that falls outside our certified scope of work or regulatory authorization.<\/p>

5. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on the information provided herein. This does not affect liabilities arising from signed project contracts, which are governed separately.<\/p>
