4.2 IGJ operates strictly within the scope of our current certifications — CIDB (Grade G7), PKK (Bumiputera Status), and SPAN (Water Supply & Sewerage permits) — and all works are carried out in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulatory requirements.

4.3 Project timelines, costs, and deliverables will be defined in individual project agreements and may vary based on project scope, site conditions, and regulatory approval processes.

4.4 IGJ reserves the right to decline or terminate any project engagement that falls outside our certified scope of work or regulatory authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on the information provided herein. This does not affect liabilities arising from signed project contracts, which are governed separately.
